Operation Faché provides caregiver support, re-entry resources, and youth development programs that create stability, dignity, and opportunity for individuals and families in need.
Operation Faché was founded from lived experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of what it means to care for a loved one through life’s most difficult moments.
Founded by James Jordan Faché, Operation Faché is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting caregivers, empowering individuals re-entering society, and investing in youth development.
James matriculated at Albany State University and Georgia State University, earning a degree in English. He is a respected entrepreneur with past and current business ventures in HealthCare, fashion, fragrance, retail, and lifestyle branding.
At the heart of Operation Faché is the story of his grandmother, Ressie Lowe. As her first grandchild and only grandson, Jordan shared an unbreakable bond with her. While caring for her during her battle with dementia, he balanced college, household responsibilities, counseling expenses, medical appointments, a part-time job, and a full academic schedule.
That experience revealed the lack of support available for young men and family caregivers carrying the weight of caregiving responsibilities.
Operation Faché was created in Ressie Lowe’s memory and because of the lasting impact she had on Jordan’s life. The foundation exists to honor her love, kindness, and legacy by helping others who are walking similar journeys.
Supporting caregivers who care for loved ones with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
